Driver Update For Speedstream 4100
Speedstream 4100 Modem
I have a 5 year old speedstream 4100 dsl modem and I hooked it up to a new computer that I just purchased. I thought something was wrong with the new computer because internet is extremely slow (.32Mbps download) but someone told me it might be that themodem is too old to deliver anymore. The question is: Do modems get too old and is 5 years the life of a modem? Do you think the new computer zapped the life out of the existing modem and do I now have to get a new one or is there a fix out there for somethinglike this? Thanks in advance for your answers.
